Mastering The Art of Client Communication

Mastering The Art Of Client Communcation by Asher Cohen, a Scottsdale realtor at Tru Realty

Mastering The Art Of Client Communcation by Asher Cohen, a Scottsdale realtor at Tru RealtyTraining real estate agents to be industry differentiators is a key responsibility that I have for the Tru Realty brand.

At Tru Realty, our real estate agent training program goes well beyond the obvious needs of strong time management, superior knowledge of both the title and mortgage lending processes, and marketing yourself as a real estate professional. We emphasize real estate training on more than just these topics. We also add an additional component that always proves to be invaluable in the development of a successful real estate agent…

Client Communication.

Clients are the unique component of any real estate deal.

Your home buyer and home seller will have goals that can be highly congruent or highly divergent. They will also possess unique personalities, communication styles, backgrounds, ethnicities, and more. The ability to bring these goals, personalities, and other factors together with strong client communication is unique to Tru’s training and mentorship program for Realtors.

Client communication is enhanced with experience. Having spent many years as a top-producing real estate agent and having been involved in literally thousands of transactions, I can attest to the many challenges that a particular client may bring to a given transaction.

Mastering client communication styles to help influence a buyer or seller to do what’s ultimately right for them is both an art and a science.

At Tru Realty, we want our agents to master the art of client communication while having the other necessary skill sets that differentiate our Scottsdale real estate brokerage from every other. Strong client communication skills enhance the experience and lay the foundation for relationships that create repeat or referral business. It’s the catalyst for a deeper client relationship that makes for a much better real estate experience for all parties involved.

Tru Realty is committed to the idea of total agent development. We go beyond the process and into the interpersonal skills that will make you excellent at your job.
